'Sgiliau' means skills in Welsh and we are proud to be promoting the Welsh language through our provision.
We are a creative provider based in South East Wales, which specialises in supporting young people aged 16-24 who are not in education, employment or training (NEET).
We are proud to announce that Sgiliau have been awarded the Careers Wales Mark this April 2022.
The award recognises a commitment to continuous quality improvement within an educational establishment, to meet with the Welsh Government's requirements that are set out in the Careers and the World of Work.
Meet Thibaud Gailliard (left) and Jessica Apps (right) who are beacons of hope for young people during these difficult times of Covid-19. They each started a Traineeship with us, and were in the top 3 finalists for Engagement Traineeship and Traineeship Level 1 Learner of the year. On Thursday the 17th of June, they were both awarded winners of their categories.
Da iawn!
Alyshia Creighton and Alisha Llewellyn placed first and third place, in the Inclusive Fitness Competition at the Skills Wales Competition! Their challenge was to make their own work out video, using only body weight exercises for all abilities. Da iawn!
We are proud to announce we placed 13th in the Fast Growth 50 Awards 2020.
